Clinical Laboratory
Our clinical lab is set apart by our team environment, tenured staff, opportunity for professional advancement and dedication to quality. You can work in any lab department and be a generalist, specialist or pursue leadership roles. Lab team members benefit from our desire to do things differently, from changing how we do blood draws to rethinking schedules to create a better work life balance while still doing everything it takes to take care of our patients. We're opening two more labs soon, offering even more potential.
Heart & Vascular Services
We're Greater Cincinnati's Heart Hospital℠ and one of the Top 50 heart hospitals in the nation. As part of the cardiology team, you will work in an environment that sets the standard for excellence, does more research than anyone else in the region and is among the first to deliver the most innovative treatments. We maintain a friendly, close-knit environment within a state-of-the-art facility offering opportunities you won't find anywhere else.
Imaging
Our imaging centers feature state-of-the-art equipment not found elsewhere in the region, and we're always expanding with new tools and services to meet a varied and growing caseload. RTs can cross-train into any modality, including CT, vascular and more. Advancement potential is unlimited. We have an established core team that is willing to share their experience with new hires. In addition, we're looking to start our own Rad Tech program.
Operating Room
We're the largest surgical hospital in Cincinnati. With 100+ surgeries a day, we offer a wide breadth and complexity that will help you learn and grow, get great experience and see many different case types. We feature incredible teamwork, strong patient outcomes and a firm focus on safety. You'll appreciate being part of a group that is known for the highest quality patient care, great physicians and a reputation for handling complex procedures. Growth potential is outstanding. For example, you can go from a sterile processing tech to a surgical assistant, with experience and training.
Pharmacy
Our pharmacy department offers comprehensive services through a 24-hour central pharmacy. Two decentralized pharmacies are located in the OR and Oncology Clinic. Pharmacists are also stationed at many of our provider practices. You'll enjoy working in an environment with state-of-the-art computer systems, including robotics, wireless PCs, automated dispensing devices (robot and Pyxis) and clinical decision support tools. You may also have opportunities to participate in investigational drug studies.
Physician Practices
We hire many types of healthcare professionals at our outpatient physician practices. These clinic-based roles offer great Monday-Friday schedules at a variety of locations across the region. Each location has a close-knit team culture where you are empowered to solve problems and make decisions. Growth potential is strong, with tuition reimbursement and support for certification. We listen, provide the best tools, focus on safety and maintain a practical workload.
Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation professionals enjoy our diverse patient population and areas of opportunity that include inpatient, outpatient and sub-specialties. We provide quality one-on-one time with patients, manageable workloads and a commitment to work/life balance. Our facilities, equipment and modalities are state-of-the-art, with a focus on leading in areas such as shockwave therapy, SOZO and remote therapeutic monitoring. We also offer mentorship, continuing education and professional advancement.
Respiratory
Our respiratory therapists have opportunities to work in a variety of different clinical settings such as adult critical care, outpatient and special care nursery. We seek therapists who want to expand their knowledge and utilize the broad spectrum within their scope of practice. We offer shared governance councils, as well as a clinical advancement program, tuition reimbursement, opportunities to train as an ECMO specialist and 6-7 weeks of orientation. You'll also enjoy self-scheduling and no on-call requirements.
