Speech Language Pathologist - PRN

Job Description

Provides comprehensive speech-language pathology services to patients with communication disorders, cognitive disorders, and swallowing disorders. Services include evaluation, treatment planning, implementation of individualized treatment programs, and discharge planning. Supervises graduate student internships.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

EDUCATION: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years in a hospital or extended care setting

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge and skills in assessment and treatment of adult communication, cognition and swallowing disorders. Knowledge and skill in graduate student supervision. Excellent collaborative team skills.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

Ohio License in Speech Language Pathology

American Speech Language and Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
