Clinical Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist
We need empathetic and resilient individuals to collect specimens from patients and perform basic pre-analytical processing. No experience is required for this entry-level role, although phlebotomy training is preferred. Equipment Technician
Our Instrument and Equipment Techs are responsible for decontaminating and redistributing equipment and instruments across various departments of the hospital. Requiring attention to detail and a commitment to quality, it’s an important role that keeps everyone safe. Many of these roles do not require initial certification, and they provide a path to a growing career through training and experience.
Medical Assistant
Medical Assistants are highly valued at our outpatient practices and clinics, providing clinical support under the direction of our physicians and advanced practice providers. It’s a great role with multiple levels of growth, internal training and certification opportunities at The Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences. We have many locations with specialties including primary care, women’s services and heart and vascular to choose from, as well as schedules with no weekends, nights or holidays for most positions.
Patient Care Assistant

Sterile Processing Technician
We’re seeking detail-oriented people who want to make a direct impact on patients’ lives by ensuring all surgical instrumentation and equipment is decontaminated and sterile for all surgical procedures. Come in with no experience and be trained on the job. We’ll provide reimbursement to help you get certified in your first year. It’s a great step into healthcare.
