Human Resources Operations Partner

Job Description

The HR Operations Partner (HROP) provides HR assistance to team members and leaders and supports the Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) with planning and execution of HR initiatives that align with the organization's business objectives. This role formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to team members and leadership that reflects the business objectives of the organization and supports information flow throughout the team member life-cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with HRBPs, leaders, and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Has working knowledge of workforce metrics and assists HRBPs with execution of activities that impact retention, engagement, and enhance the team member experience.
  • Assists with planning and execution of Human Resources initiatives and standard calendar of events.
  • Supports a culture of continuous improvement through process implementation and documentation.
  • Acts as the subject matter expert on HR processes, maintains documentation and process adherence.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Conducts research of issues as appropriate and provide resolution in a timely manner.
  • Serves as first point of contact for team members and leaders regarding HR related items.
  • Assists in ensuring data integrity and researches and coordinates the resolution of missing or incorrect data.
  • Assists in identifying quality and service problems or issues and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources functions and assist in ensuring policies and procedures are in compliance.
  • Ensures compliance for new hires and non-employees by verifying all pre-employment requirements are met and accuracy of personnel records.
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Years of Experience: Minimum of one year of Human Resources experience strongly preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Exceptional customer service, follow up skills and attention to detail; Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, listening; Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality; Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills; Ability to anticipate needs and model strong teamwork amongst peers and colleagues; Advanced time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines; Strong technical skills, intermediate proficiency level or above with MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
